What we collect
- Order data — name, delivery address, e-mail, phone and order history.
- Payment data — handled entirely by our payment provider. We never see or store card numbers.
- Usage data — pages viewed and approximate location, through cookies, to improve the store.
- Marketing data — only if you subscribe, and only until you unsubscribe.
Why we use it
To fulfil your order and provide support (performance of a contract), to meet accounting and consumer-law obligations (legal obligation), and to improve the store and send offers where you have agreed (legitimate interest and consent).
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for six years to satisfy tax law. Marketing data is deleted as soon as you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained in aggregate for 24 months.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the store to work, plus analytics cookies that you can decline. Declining analytics never limits your ability to browse or order.
