Apply at night to clean, dry skin, before moisturiser. This is the starting frequency, not an instruction to use it every night.
Build only as your skin adjusts
If your skin stays comfortable, increase gradually. If it feels dry or tight, reduce frequency. There is no need to rush to nightly use.
Keep morning protection consistent
Always use sunscreen the following morning, even on days after a break from retinal.
Before you begin: RETINAL is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Check the full product precautions and introduce it gradually, especially if your skin is reactive.

Good questions. Simple answers.
The everyday details, from your first application to finding a rhythm.
How much serum should I use?
Use the amount specified on your product’s bottle or carton. The products have different formulas, so there is no single drop count for this guide. Read the full directions for your serum before starting.
Do I need to layer all my serums?
No. Each serum can be one focused step between cleansing and moisturising. Start with one product and follow its timing. If you own a set, you do not need to use every serum in the same application. This guide does not establish compatibility with every other active or prescription treatment; ask your dermatologist if you need a personalised routine.
Should I test a new product first?
Try a small area before adding a new product to your full routine. Follow the product’s own directions and frequency, particularly for retinal. If your skin is sensitive or you have a history of reactions, ask a dermatologist how to introduce it. See the AAD’s general guidance on testing skincare.
Should my skin be wet or dry?
All four serums are applied after cleansing and before moisturiser. RETINAL specifically requires clean, dry skin. For GHK-Cu, PDRN and NAD+, follow the directions on the bottle or carton.
What if my skin becomes irritated?
Stop using the product and gently wash it off if you develop a reaction such as itching, redness or swelling. Seek advice from a dermatologist if symptoms are severe or do not settle. Read the AAD’s advice on product reactions.
Can I use RETINAL during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Renoviq RETINAL is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Speak with your healthcare professional about a suitable routine during this time.
