How tracking works

Every order is dispatched with a tracked service. As soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse you receive an e-mail with the carrier and the tracking number — that number becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.

• United Kingdom — 2 to 4 working days
• European Union — 4 to 7 working days
• Rest of the world — 7 to 14 working days
