Fourteen days to change your mind, and a straightforward process if something is wrong.

Your right to cancel

You may return any unopened product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days to notify us and a further 14 days to send the item back.

If the product was opened

For hygiene reasons we cannot resell an opened serum. If you opened it and had a reaction, or the product arrived damaged or faulty, write to us with a photo and we will replace it or refund it in full — that is your statutory right and it is not limited to 14 days.

How to start a return

• Write to [email protected] with your order number and what you would like to do.
• We reply with a prepaid return label within one working day.
• Refunds land on the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days of the parcel reaching us.

Exchanges

Prefer a different serum in the range? Tell us which one and we will send the replacement as soon as the original is on its way back. You only ever pay the difference, never a second delivery charge.
